The Theatre Marquee

Guaranteed to turn heads - and very likely show up on your attendee’s social media!
NOTE: We have space for two messages on the Marquee, either in one long line or two stacked lines (half-width).

Marquee Rental Rates:

  • Single Day ($150). Suitable for event days. Also a popular option weeks in advance to get a photo for social media marketing

  • Monday-Sunday ($300 per week) Blackout periods may apply when we are producing our own events.

Event Poster Wall

Located adjacent to the Lobby Bar, we offer 4 poster frames to advertise upcoming public, ticketed, events.

Poster Advantages:

  • Long-term exposure to multiple audience groups

  • Patrons can scan the QR code at any time

  • Enough space to list performers & concert details

  • No rotating images. Your large, full-colour poster with complete event info is in full display at all times.

Event Poster Wall Rates

  • $100 per week

  • $250 per month

  • Only 4 spots. Availability not guaranteed. Preference given to resident companies & next-occurring public events.

Guidelines

Please send us your poster artwork prior to printing for approval.

  • Design, printing & delivery costs are the responsibility of the promoter.

  • Your event must be held at the Polaris Theatre. If you have multiple events (with some offsite), please create a separate poster for the events in the Polaris Theatre.

  • Poster must display honest all-in ticket pricing.

  • Your poster design must be family-friendly, and MUST feature a prominent ticket purchase QR code linked to the Polaris Box Office.

Note: We are unable to display posters with low-quality printing (pixelation/blurred graphics), inaccurate information (of any kind), or advertisements for events offsite.

Lobby TV (75”)

Want to target your advertising to a specific demographic at a specific event? Use our TV!
Your ad will run during pre-show, intermission, and after events on our 75-inch 8K screen.

  • Rotating Static Images (no video)

  • Event advertising only (for events in the Theatre)

  • No fundraising messages (50/50, donation requests, etc)

  • Displayed for 5 seconds

  • Maximum 10 slides at any time

  • Interspersed with other upcoming events, theatre housekeeping messages, food & beverage specials, and sponsor thanks messages.

Rates

  • One slide: $50 per day

  • Two slides: $85 per day (choose either a second slide or duplicate your first slide for twice the exposure).

Handbills

Bring us your printed handbills and we’ll place them out at the bar, cocktail tables, and at the box office.

  • Event must be open to the public

  • Handbill must include all-in ticket pricing and a ticket link or QR code.

  • We do not distribute information for political or religious events

  • Tickets must be sold through the Polaris Box Office

  • NO CHARGE for this service
