Ticketing Policies for Presenters

We’re excited to work with presenters to bring great events to our stage. To help ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for both you and your audience, we’ve put a few simple ticketing policies in place.

You must submit the box office form at least 5 days before your on-sale date.

One System, One Seamless Experience

All ticketed events in our venue use our in-house ticketing system.

This helps us create a consistent and stress-free experience for your audience. Our box office and front-of-house teams can:

  • Help patrons with purchases, exchanges, or lost tickets

  • Answer questions quickly and accurately

  • Keep lines moving smoothly before the show

  • Ensure everyone gets into the space without confusion

From your audience’s perspective, everything just works—and that reflects well on your event.

Why We Don’t Use External Ticketing Platforms

We know many presenters have experience with other ticketing tools. However, using multiple systems in one venue can create confusion for both audiences and staff.

When tickets are sold outside our system:

  • Our team can’t access or assist with those orders

  • Patrons may arrive with questions we can’t answer

  • Entry can slow down, especially for sold-out events

  • Sales and attendance tracking become less reliable

Keeping everything in one place allows us to fully support your event from start to finish.

A Note on the Capital Improvement Fee (CIF)

All tickets sold through our system include a nominal Capital Improvement Fee (CIF).

  • Free Tickets = $0

  • $1-$14.99 = $1

  • Over $15 = $2

  • Table Seating $3

This fee goes directly back into the venue and helps us:

  • Upgrade and maintain lighting and sound equipment

  • Improve technical capabilities for performances

  • Keep our space professional, functional, and performance-ready

These upgrades benefit every presenter and are included as part of your rental—no additional technical capital costs required.

Are There Any Exceptions?

In some cases—such as small studio recitals or free community events—we may allow alternative arrangements.

  • Student Music Recitals with free admission.

  • Charitable events where artists are not paid and tickets are free.

  • General admission only.

These are:

  • Considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Typically limited in size and scope

  • Arranged in advance with our team

If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re happy to talk it through.

Working Together

When you present in our space, we’ll guide you through the ticket setup process and support your event along the way. We aim to make things as easy as possible so you can focus on what matters most: your performance and your audience.
